Jump Start Your Life activities result in a noticeable, immediate improvement in your health and weight. Each day you will participate in workshops, outdoor activities and workout routines. You’ll enjoy yourself and feel better than you’ve ever imagined; you don't have to be sick or overweight, and Jumpstart Your Life will ensure your success.

Morning Walk, stretching, deep breathing
Welcome the day with an invigorating walk on one of our scenic trails, a gentle warming for fitness beginners or a power workout for our more athletic guests.
9:00 am
Breakfast
Jump Start Your Life breakfast is light and powerful, with raw fruit juices, nutrition drinks and seasonal fresh fruits.
9:45 am
Abs stretch, strength work out
Whatever your fitness level, flexibility can be improved. We employ a variety of group and individual stretch programs - Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Intensive Abs.
10:30 am
Snack Break
Raw, fresh, healthy juices give you energy and keep your metabolism revved throughout the day.
11:00 am
Jump Start your Life Seminar
Educational insights into weight loss, health, diet and fitness help create strategies and incentives to continue your success at home. Watch presentations and learn about the incredible self-healing properties of your own body.
12:00 pm
Lunch
You won't believe how delicious and satisfying lunch can be while still being healthy and weight reducing. A cornucopia of raw fruits and vegetables, with homemade dressings and dips, are the centerpiece of your meal. Bon appetite!

Personal time
Grab a favorite book and head to your private guest room, lay poolside for some early afternoon R&R or indulge in our pampering spa services.

Keep your metabolism jumping with an afternoon low impact but high intensity workout. Burn fat and trim up.

A sampling of the fare may be colorful, nutrition-rich, locally grown leafy salads with outrageous dressings, fresh-picked tender baby corn, hearty soups, home baked whole grain breads, healthful lasagnas, or delicious vegetarian theme dinners.
